I'm an athletically inclined person - In my younger years, I've trained to swim, playtennis, and in track and field (I'd even taken piano classes for a decade) so generally, I love sports. And of all exciting sports out there, F1, while it may seem like just siting and driving in circles, is the most exciting.
It's not just going in circles (no track is a circle) but I don't believe that there's any sport has as many data point that are factors that influence performance/success as in F1 e.g. neck strength (who would've thought)! If you're not a fan I'll give you 3 facts about F1 that I think are quite cool:
An F1 car can drive upside down (technically)
F1 drivers lose about 2-3kg of weight per race
F1 drivers experience up to 6 times gravitational force in a race
There's also and aspect of integrity and honour that is part of the heavily regulated sport that draws me. If you're interested, let's talk data and strategy.
